Refer a Rental, Get a Credit

When someone you refer signs a qualifying SilverOak lease, you receive a rent credit. Current residents and recent tour guests can participate.

Identify someone who is seriously looking for a rental.

We contact your referral within one business day.
When they sign and move in, you receive a $250–$500 rent credit (amount depends on the package they lease).

Credits are issued after the referred resident’s lease begins and the first month’s rent has posted. One credit per referred household. Self-referrals are not eligible.

For Partners & Owners

Submit a Partner Referral

Refer a property owner, corporate housing client, or trusted professional who would benefit from SilverOak management. Qualified introductions are reviewed by our leadership team.

Nominate an owner or partner you know personally.
Make a warm introduction after you submit the form.
Our team schedules a discovery conversation.
If they engage SilverOak, you receive recognition and a referral honorarium outlined at onboarding.
